The Animal Print

It’s Monday night, and I’m back with a bang ! Here’s a big Hug-n-Hi to all my followers and those who took some time out from their busy routines, to drop a look at my blog ‘Pstylespot’. Thank you all for reading, sharing and spreading the word around ! Its been a while and Pstylespot has crossed 1400 views 🙂 I’m super elated !! Thanks again & let’s take this energy even higher as we have a look at the Oh-So-Going-To-Stay style trend of Spring’14 — The Animal Print !

Well, animal prints are something we 90s kids have literally grown up with. I remember my mom owning a pair of Cheetah Print Leggings back then when I was 3 feet tall. And who can forget Victoria Beckham‘s leopard mini during her Spice Girls days.
Coming closer to my roots, here in India, Bollywood was on a different high when actress Shilpa Shetty danced around white beaches and oil barrels, clad in Panther print co-ords in her film Main Khiladi tu Anari (1994). And even now, the forecasters can’t get enough off this gorgeous trend.

Which is why, I just HAD to share this with you all. Even though my love for animal prints shall remain forever, I did tweak it a little.

Take a look !

Jersey Maxi Skirt – Forever 21, Delhi.   Ankle Wrap Stilettos (in Nude) – Forever 21, Delhi                Studded Zipper Clutch – Multibrand Store, Delhi

..Having said that Animal Prints are often interpreted as loud and in your-face, I deliberately kept my make up minimal, but around the same tones and shades.

Revlon PHOTOREADY 030 in Medium/Deep – Shimmer base pressed powder                                 (For both day and night purpose);                                                                                            Maybelline NY Colossal Volume Express & Waterproof Mascara;                              Maybelline NY Eyestudio Charcoal Grey Kohl Pencil;  Deborah – Shine TECH – 57 Technologia Brevettata

For the tint on lips I’ve used Chambor’s 316 Coconut Plus ‘Rouge De Levres’. It’s a great buy to keep your lips moisturised, and tinted at the same time; As well as keeps them looking near natural.
